Wow, happy reunion. You lost some, you gained others. Two of them are meatheads. Awesome. Give them shit to carry since you don't have any horses. Once you've all made acquaintance and had tearful reunions and UST encounters, it's a good chance to sleep in for the night. It's a very deserted city so you can sleep peacefully.
When the sun rises then, time to tie your shoes and set off to adventure! Hurrah! Tumbataure's season three premiere!
[Mission: No more lazy! Decide what to do and pack your bags, you're back with the fellowship. LOTR walk montage. I bet you missed that.]

Sinclair.
[ also on the last name basis level, too.
they're perfect for one another.]You might have better luck with the lot than I did.
no subject
Now why would you say that?
[genuinely curious. he knows for damn sure he doesn't come off as all that pleasant at first glance.]
Is it them that's hard to get along with, or is it you?
no subject
Well, me-- [ she laughs a little. it's really not that funny and she knows it. ] and the brief time I spent with them was a bit... bizarre. You haven't made such a first impression yet.
no subject
[don't ask him how long he's been following them, but he definitely has no idea what the hell happened in apfelstrudel.]
Some of 'em didn't like getting snuck up on in the dark.
[shrugs like this was a personal defect of theirs and not a reasonable thing to object to.]
no subject
[ she's not though. ]
no subject
[lurks in the dark.
not right now though, it's too sunny for that shit. starts nonchalantly strolling, still talking.]
You military when you're at home?
no subject
[ the corner of her mouth twitches as she fights off a grin, shoving her machete through it's spot on her belt before casually strolling alongside him. she has absolutely no idea where they are going. ]
no subject
[there is a weird smell to her, though. kinda similar to the swordswoman and the guy with the crossbow, but not as strong. so maybe she's older than she looks. maybe that's what that is.
he knows where they're going.]
no subject
Last task ended up being a bit more permanent than expected.
[ became leader of a group of wild Scottish cannibals. life sometimes becomes a bit interesting for a gal. ]
no subject
So you retired, or you were retired?
[actor or acted upon? from someone who apparently knows that feeling.]
no subject
[ though with what she knew, definitely could have been the latter at some point. ]
no subject
[welcome to your post-retirement vacation i guess? not really watching her as they talk, though it's hard to tell exactly what he is looking at. constant vigilance ADD.]
no subject
[ another laugh at something that clearly isn't funny. ]
Where are we going?
no subject
Castle Rigel, downtown Arunafeltz.
no subject
[ not that this place is much different from her place. aside from the weird puppets. ]
no subject
[this planet is way nicer than the one he just left. so far. looking sidelong at sinclair now but it's not so easy to tell.]
Apparently they've got a map leads them to another way, though.
no subject
So working with the group is the only way out. Great.
no subject
Might not be the only way out, but might be the surest bet. You get the short version in your head when you showed up?
no subject
[ kind of just shoved those thoughts aside real quick when she remembered who the hell she was again. ]
no subject
[hard to tell because of the goggles, but he's giving sinclair a really weird look.]
Well that's weird.

no subject
[if he wakes up named "peggy" tomorrow, shoot him.]
no subject
[ no, she'd definitely choose peggy over a lot of things. even if that was awkward. ??? jealous ex-girlfriend she would never. ]
no subject
[also future space prisons suck pretty hardcore. looks up as they approach the city wall. place still sort of gives him the creeps. definitely not an urban explorer, at least not anymore.]
no subject
How many of them are there?
