The kind Loch Ness Monster (?) drops you off once the swamp comes to an end. The ground is dry and stable again, but the eerie fog lingers still. The old trees around you are covered in heavy moss, but you can tell you'll be soon out of the forest since the weak wind carries a smell of fresh air. One last push and you'll be out of here!
[ mission: don't get lost in the forest. ]

Not at all. But things here work differently than either of our worlds, looks like. Just thought twice as much information might mean getting it right at least half of the time.
[this is constantine's serious face. lights the cigarette. possibly for dramatic effect.]
We're not just on different pages, we're reading two different books in the midst of an alien library.

[you guys done]
[can we get back to the interesting stuff]

You can bless water yourself. Rosary, the right words, just add water.
[blasphemy is delicious]

What, don't even need to be holding a Bible? [ kind of really amused because lol religion she can't take it seriously especially not after all of this ] That's handy.
[ looks at clara and then back at dean. what about what she was talking about ]

Doesn't work like that for me, but since "Jimmy" didn't seem like much of a priest I'd reckon whatever your system is works fine here.
If you've got time later I might be interested to learn your incantation.
[likes the idea of a demon-blooded professional blasphemer successfully blessing water.]

[but i can ask it now]
What about the black blood?
[re: interrogation]

Leviathans. Advanced class stuff. Haven't seen any rearing their uglyass heads around these parts yet so I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

extra meticulous with the gun but with so many people around she's afraid someone might kick it so quickly puts it back together and straps it to the thigh holster
in stylized slowmo
clicks her tongue and glances at dean before tilting her head with a sort of smirk ]
You're fucked up. [ might be a compliment. might not. who knows! ]

I'd say victim of circumstance but that might be giving circumstance too much credit.
[finishes packing it all away neatly and zips duffel up]

Don't make any promises to a demon you can't avoid keeping. Preferably don't make any promises, and certainly don't make any deals. Don't break any promises to a ghost, especially if it's predisposed to be vengeful.
[smoke ring.]
Do not fuck about with angels.

Common sense.
[that sounds a lot like common sense]

whatever. halloween crap. ]
Anything else from preventing the holy ghost possession? [ that's what she's interested in to be fair ]

Ghosts don't ride people much. Kind of a fluke thing. Have to be pretty pissed to get the juice to pull it off. If you're worried about somethin takin up residence again it's more likely gonna be a demon, in which case-
[makes an i really don't want to do this face but hooks fingers over his collar and tugs it down to show off the anti-possession ink on his chest]
We can get matchies. Demon free zone if you're sporting it.

[eyes dean's chest covetously, but not like most people eye dean's chest covetously.]
That really works? It's that simple? No wonder you don't bother with containment anymore.
[but what if i need to give something a lift? hm, maybe i could put one half on each forearm so it's only a complete symbol when i want it to be.]
[oh no wait that'd make me look like an arse.]
no subject
Does it have to be a tattoo?
no subject
Tattoo, amulet, whichever you can get your hands on. Yeah, it works. Demon free since 2007.
[pulls jacket back up. all these little beady eyes on him.]
no subject
I know what I'm doing when I get home, then.
[wait, dean's from the future? weird.]
no subject
So we got demons, ghosts, angels, and apparently leviathans. Any other nasties lurking about worth mentioning?
[like whats up with the redhead]

[things that pens are also good for, jailhouse tattoos. i can hook you up constantine. say the word.]
As far as this place goes? Werewolves. Vampires. Sirens. Siren, I should say. She bit the big one.
[you bit her big one actually but let's not]
I think that hot chick is a succubus. I guess when you say it like that it makes sense. Throw in some zombies and witches. Then remember most of those are the people we're kicking back with and you start to realize why the pirates are the least of my concern.
no subject
[hackles back up, not in a punny way.]
I've yet to meet a werewolf or a vampire here who was a danger to me, though the humans have proven to be lethal enough to them. As for counting the succubus amongst the "nasties," Dean?
[blows streams of smoke out his nose like you do when you want to look like a dragon.]
I wouldn't.

[glazes out of the conversation for a moment to just think about what Michonne said]
no subject
Hey.
[yeah man i got it people are the real enemies monsters are good monsters are friends lets all hold hands. ignores the frothing and watches her with her zoney outey face]
You okay? Maybe that's enough spooky campfire stories for the night.

[stalks away whilst dean is making doe eyes at clara making ptsd eyes.]
