Hi ho silver! Time to jump on the griffins and fly over the mountain. The warriors have been very delighted with you partying it up last night so they'll be there to help you saddle the beasts.
The griffins only carry women so try not to turn back before you land...

ladyistcrap2013-03-02 10:36 amBrunhildr is in a state of uproarious celebration as the Blood Champion returns to her throne. Her tiny, tiny throne. The villagers are pounding out some sweet drum beats and doing the dance of joy in the streets. A procession accompanies the Champion on her trip back to the queen's terrace. If there was any residual hostility towards the recruits for their traitorous actions, they're quickly forgiven in light of the celebration. The group is free to wander about the village for their last night. The Queen has promised to release them from their oaths in the morning, when they shall take to griffin to cross the mountain.

ladyistcrap2013-03-02 07:05 amIt is dawn. The Hildnr prepare to march for war. Michonne's distraction in releasing the griffins has caused a kerfuffle and catching the spooked mounts sets them back valuable riding time -- the girls have about a ten minute headstart. The fact that the new recruits are missing from the war-band does not go unnoticed and the distant sounds of horns being sounded and the warriors' cry of WUR HA chase them all the way down the mountain as they follow the ice-covered trail back down to the men's village.
They may not find the village as they left it, however. The houses still stand, but the men are nowhere to be found. It looks like a ghost town. The impending sound of the Hildnr army swarming the path behind them gets louder by the minute.

While the pacifistic Gagarians are huddling around what may be the last bowls they'll ever smoke, the Hildnr are preparing to march and ride out in force come the dawn. Thankfully, you're far enough north that the nights are a hell of a lot longer than normal. Looks like you have about fourteen hours to kill.
You'll probably want to make a stop at the armory to get equipped, at some point, but there's also a fair amount of feasting happening where a bard is telling tales of the Hildnr's victorious history. The Blood Queen is in attendance, accepting oaths and blessing the warriors.
Of course, if what you'd rather do is train, the training yards are open, and there's a small barracks hall that's been outfittedwith clean furs and a roaring fire so you can rest before unleashing your bloodlust. Thoughtful!
Just don't forget: you still gotta find the blood champion, save the helpless stoner fratboys, and make it over that fuckhuge wall before lunchtime tomorrow.
ladyistcrap2013-02-28 05:14 amAll of our ladies have met with the Blood Queen, they have been recruited to her Hildnr army and await their marching orders. She said that you will disembark at dawn, so you should try to rest up and hopefully figure out why the Blood Queen is so interested in waging war on a town that they have an agreement with (not that Michonne told anyone. rude). You've delivered the wine to the boys, so they will most likely be joining you as soon as it's been administered.
Or perhaps they should focus on helping the poor stoner village, which is definitely first on the list of steamrolling. The inhabitants seem to have abandoned their emergency escape after the Hildnr bitchslapped them back into the houses after their raid for the women and are simply awaiting annihilation, isn't that sad.

The battlecry rings from every window, every chimney in every hall of the Hildnr. It's on the lips of young girls in the streets carrying baskets of apples - wur ha- the smiths with sweaty braids swinging over their anvils -wur ha- warriors returning from a raid with outsiders, on their way to the Great Hall.
During the journey to the base of their wall, you've learned they mean to take you before the Blood Queen, for judgement.
Well, shit. That sounds just awesome.

ladyistcrap2013-02-27 12:28 amWhen you set out from camp in the morning, snow has fallen. It's impossibly cold so hopefully you packed some jackets, otherwise you're going to have to buddy up for warmth or something because your asses and tits are about to freeze out here. Thankfully, it's only about an hour walk north through thick forest on a small beaten path, markers half-snowed over, before you reach a village. It overlooks a calm river, which is currently frozen over, and the village continues on to the other side.
Feel free to stay for a little while, the locals seem to be out and about and are more than welcoming, some of them even seem high. No they really are high. Isn't your run of luck great lately, with all these friendly towns? But as you continue through the town, you start to notice it's suspiciously sausage party in here. In fact, there are no women. At all. The women in your party are the only tits for miles. And even though they're welcoming, they seem a little busy...packing.
