Moss, moss, everywhere. Luckily the terrain is getting smoother, no more sharp rocks underneath the green moss, waiting to break your ankles. The forest looks like no one has been here for ages. No B&B for you. The good news is that the animals don't fear humans and you should have no problem catching yourself some dinner.

What's wrong with not wanting to risk getting stuck here? [ wipes his hands in a rag and looks over to the camp again, smiling a little before shaking his head with a breathy laugh ]

[ sets the knife down for a second to scratch at his scruffy jaw. he figures after that little get sam home episode he's trying to make things right and all of that. might be wrong, but that's the impression he's leaving at least ] You're a good guy, Dean. It's not about being a good person, it's about doin what's right. Clean up after the joker that brought us here. Now if he hadn't gone and died on us right after we got here we could get some questions answered, but since we got squat for leads we might as well just start poking around and see where it gets us.

[a bit taken back by the earnestness of him, but then grows slightly troubled. like it was way easier when they were pretending, but now not so much. but there just comes a moment where she stops herself and reaches back up to pull him down]

[ luckily, she's not squeamish about fuzzy animals winding up as dinner, and she's been traveling alone long enough to have figured out how to get them from a state of dead critter to marginally edible people-fuel. ]

[ her fire is dinky as hell, though, as is her "tent." kind of just a propped up canvas tarp. ]

[kind of edges up with her fingers hooked through belt loops, stops at the edge of her personal tent bubble where most people seem to have left her alone to, since anyone that didn't know about the thing have probably been enlightened by gossipy mcsmear campaign dean]
