Alright yall enough doodling around. It's nightfall in Alderwood, so grab yourself a hotel room, you can either opt for the snazzy spacious 5 star in the high class end of town or one of the less financially debilitating rooms on the second floor of the inn/pub, but expect to hear a lot of hooker noises and drunken cowboys from downstairs. You get what you pay for.

You ought to grab yourself a bounty poster and decide on a plan of action so that you have direction for your adventures tomorrow, because the Sheriff seems like he's not gonna stand for you taking advantage of their kindness if you're not going to hold up your end of the bargain.

There are four main bounties posted in the courthouse, but they're scattered about the town on posters, too. There's Dewie Martin, the highest paying bounty, Earl Johnson, Janna Turner and Billy Turner. There are other, lesser bounties, but those seem to be the four the Sheriff's really pushing for.

[ looks at jesse and shrugs a little. doesn't look hassled ] I wasn't counting you in, man. But the group I'm with, we have a deal so-- [ shrugs again. like seriously you're not part of this group back off crazy

raylan, on the other hand, could prove himself useful. he was a pretty good shot ] What about you?

[ u with me or him, raylan? it's decision time. lights the cigarette with a match and puts it out by waving it in the air. ]

[ presses her fingers against the small of her back with one hand and draws little patterns on her shoulder with the other ]

All of it? [ laughs a bit ] This is why you're not responsible for the group's money. Save some of it at least. [ she's a big spender but she can see the benefits of saving up

since she should definitely think about it for now, while there's no solution for her Problem. ]

[kind of laughs and turns to finish his drink before pushing away from the bar]

Just might. I don't mean to smudge your line in the sand, but I don't intend to pick sides, boys. Thanks for the drink.

[ looks at him walk off into the sunset like a true cowboy

i mean ] Hm. [ goes back to his beer and sips, grabbing a pencil from his bag, and sketching down the information the guy just told them. taps it against the table and slides back it to the bag ]

Thanks for the help with the worse, Jesse. [ folds the poster and taps his head ] Gonna drag a couple of people to death. [ smiles at him and leaves the money to cover for the beers

I know, what a crap way to live thinking you can make a difference.

[i mean it's one part sarcasm at hook's obvious disdain for a life spent on anything but selfish pursuits, but another part bitter reality, because lets face it out of all the people dean tries to help or save how many of them has he actually made a difference in for the better. not enough of them anyway.]

[ watches him do his thang and nods to him as a goodbye. when nick's gone he takes his hat from the counter and puts it on his forehead true western style before pushing it back. ]

[ smirks. he's also gonna slide away, perhaps after raylan or perhaps not. ]

[ looks at her for a few moments before she smiles a little and kisses her shoulder. she lets her head flop down against the pillows and closes her eyes, brushing her fingers through bo's hair ]

Right. I guess we don't.

Don't think so little of yourself, mate. Surely there's someone out there who thinks of your every night.

[stahp. rolls his eyes and looks visibly uncomfortable as he turns to scrub a hand across his stubble]

[rolls off her to her side and wraps arms around her middle, resting her chin on her shoulder]

You're starting to talk like you don't think we'll make it back.

[ haha what's with the awkward. he enjoys it. places the empty glass on the table and gets up. ]

[ squints an eye open at her and forces a smile, shifting her arm so she can keep brushing her hair ]

[looks up to watch him go with an annoyed glance before resting his elbow on the bar and rubbing at his forehead tiredly. thanks. for the bill. asshat.]

[peers at her while she plays with her hair idly. something's off, but she doesn't know what]

[ quirks up an eyebrow and kisses her forehead ] Stop worrying so much. You'll get home, I promise.

So not even reasonable, just blindly malicious? They don't seem too fond of this town. Couldn't it just be hostile due to affiliation?
